"Lightweight Protection Guaranteed" Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
  1.1. "Kata" - Kata Vitec I Ltd.
  1.2. "Kata Bag(s)" means bags manufactured, directly or indirectly, by Kata which are included in Kata's Ulta-Light, Pro-Light and
          D-Light Kata collections, with a tag summarizing the terms of this   "Lightweight Protection Guaranteed" Campaign attached
          to it, on which these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
  1.3. "Purchase Price" means the amount you paid for the Kata Bag you wish to return under these Terms and Conditions.
2. In the event that you purchased a Kata Bag, and after that you will purchase a similar competitor bag which you will find lighter and
    more protective than the Kata Bag you purchased (the "Competitor Bag"), you may send Kata a return claim within 30 days of the
    date you purchased the said Kata Bag requesting to return the said Kata Bag and receive a refund for it (the "Return Claim").
    Kata shall return you the Purchase Price, provided that you have complied with the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Competitor Bag must be a photographic bag similar in capacity, features and functionality to the Kata bag you wish to return
    under these terms and conditions.
4. The Return Claim must be sent by e-mail to: returns@kata-bags.com, within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased the
    Kata Bag you wish to return.
5. The Return Claim must include:
    1. Your full name;
    2. Mailing address;
    3. Bank account details to which Kata will transfer the refund;
    4. The original invoice with respect to the purchase of the Kata Bag you wish to return.
    5. The original invoice with respect to the Competitor Bag you purchased in place of the Kata Bag.
6. In the event Kata determines, at its sole discretion, that your Return Claim complies with these Terms and Conditions, Kata shall
    send you its authorization of such Return Claim, in which it shall indicate the address of a Kata authorized service center, to which
    you should return the Kata Bag you wish to return under these Terms and Conditions.
7. The Kata Bag you wish to return must have been purchased by you directly from Kata (i.e., bought as a new bag), should maintain
    all of its original components, and, together with its components, must be in good condition upon return.
8. Kata shall only be obligated to refund you the Purchase Price if you comply with all the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
9. Kata shall not bear and shall not be responsible for any return handling, refund, importation costs, shipping costs or other duties
    deriving from your return of the Kata Bag or the refund under these Terms and Conditions ("Shipping Costs").
10. You shall bear all Shipping Costs, including without limitation, any and all federal state, municipal or other governmental excise,
     sales, use, VAT, import or like taxes or duties, or any other related costs which may apply with respect to the return of the Kata Bag
     or the refund under these Terms and Conditions.
11. If any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions
     shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified so as to render it enforceable while
     giving effect, as nearly as possible to the original intent of the Parties.
12. No provision of these Terms and Conditions is intended to, or shall, confer any third party rights or remedies upon any person
     other than you and Kata hereto.
